Course purchases
Unless a product page states otherwise, course purchases carry a 14-day satisfaction window. Request a refund by contacting us with your order email.
Digital downloads and tripwires
Low-priced digital kits may have a shorter window as stated on the sales page. Once a refund is approved, related access is revoked.
